We take pride in our annual competition, known as the 'First Maître d'Hôtel of Belgium,' where the best hosts and hostesses compete for this prestigious title—a tribute to hospitality and craftsmanship in the world of gastronomy.

At Fetam, we are also passionate about coffee. We take pride in our competition for 'Belgium's First Barista,' which takes place every two years. This event brings together baristas from across the country to showcase their skills and compete for the title of Belgium's best barista. Gastheerschap, vakkennis, etiquette en communicatie zijn heel belangrijk voor een moderne Maître d'hotel. Dit is dan ook de rode draad door de ganse wedstrijd. Zo willen we jonge mensen warm maken voor ons mooi beroep.
